To check for updates Go to Settings >> About Phone >> System Updates >> You will be notified if there’s an update available >> Proceed with the update. That should get rid of this bug. If you have already installed the latest OS on your device but are still having this issue, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings >> Sounds and notification >> Interruptions 
2. You will see “When calls and notifications arrive” option >> Select “Always interrupt” (alternatively, select ‘allow priority interruptions only’). 
3.  Now from “Priority interruptions” >> Turn on “Calls”
4.  Reboot your device
